The decoration layer is disposed in the peripheral region and has at least one function hole. The hole-filling layer includes a first portion disposed at the function hole and a second portion overlapping at least one portion of the decoration layer. The outer frame layer is disposed in the peripheral region and partially overlaps the second portion of the hole-filling layer. The touch sensing element is disposed in the light transmission touch sensing region.
