The pump body (3) is movably mounted relative to the system (2) for applying force between a position spaced apart from the system (2) for applying force, and a position adjacent to the system (2) for applying force. The pump (1) also includes elements (36) for controlling the movement of the pump body (3) relative to the system (2) on the basis of a predetermined magnitude corresponding to the force applied to the tube.
