In some implementations, a server provides link data identifying a plurality of links comprising a first link linked with a first identifiable portion of content of a page and a second link linked with a second identifiable portion of the content of the page. The user interface has a first state in which a first view of the page of content is displayed, with the links presentation being displayed in a designated region of the user interface. The user interface is updatable from the first state to a second state in which a second view of the page of content different from the first view is displayed. Responsive to a selection of the first link, the server updates the user interface to the first state.
