The circuit board includes: a plurality of shared terminals installed on a lower surface on the head chip side and electrically connected to the common terminals, respectively; an upper common wiring installed on a top surface opposite to the head chip side and extending in the reference direction; and a through electrode electrically connecting each of the shared terminal to the upper common wiring.
