The moiré effect of the touch display is decreased, when the moiré ratio complies with the formula, 25%+(50%×N)−A%≦the moiré ratio≦25%+(50%×N)+A%, wherein N is 0 or a positive integer, and A is an adjustment value in a range from 0 to 20.
