The housing has a valve cavity in which an electrical motor is arranged, the connector seat has a sealing cavity in communication with the valve cavity, an insulation sleeve is provided inside the sealing cavity and provided with mounting positions corresponding to terminals of the electrical motor, and the mounting positions are electrically insulated from each other and spaced from each other, the insulation sleeve is further provided with connecting holes, and each contact pin has one end passing through the respective connecting hole to be connected to the respective terminal, and another end extending out of the sealing cavity to form a connecting end to connect the external control component.
