The size-adjusting mechanism may comprise a first tab including a plurality of holes, and a second tab including a plurality of snaps configured to engage with the plurality of holes of the first tab, at least one of the first tab and the second tab being coupled to the perimeter of the cap via an elastic portion attached to a terminal end of a rigid portion of that tab.
