The capacitive touch panel includes a plurality of bottom electrodes formed in a first direction and a plurality of top electrodes formed in a second direction perpendicular to the first direction. Each of the bottom electrodes includes a plurality of first protruding electrodes formed on the first side of the second direction with respect to an imaginary centerline, and formed in an alternately protruding and recessed form along the imaginary centerline, and a plurality of second protruding electrodes formed on a second side of the second direction with respect to the imaginary centerline, formed in an alternately protruding and recessed form along the imaginary centerline, and formed at locations interleaved with respect to those of the first protruding electrodes.
