At the bottom surface of the outer package, the first cathode bottom exposed portion is disposed between the first anode bottom exposed portion and the second cathode bottom exposed portion, and the second cathode bottom exposed portion is disposed between the second anode bottom exposed portion and the first cathode bottom exposed portion.
