The method for obtaining data resources provided by the present invention includes: receiving, by a first base station, an obtaining request sent by a mobile terminal, wherein the obtaining request includes description information of a data resource requested to obtain; if the first base station determines that the data resource corresponding to the description information is not stored in a local cache, sending the obtaining request to a second base station, wherein a local cache of the second base station stores the data resource; receiving, by the first base station, the data resource corresponding to the description information sent by the second base station, and sending, the data resource to the mobile terminal.
