Abstract:
A photovoltaic component comprising; two or more mating components spatially separated along a surface of the photovoltaic component wherein at feast one of the two or more mating components mates with a portion of one or more adjacent photovoltaic components to form a connection between one or more mating components of the one or more adjacent photovoltaic components so that a mating connection is formed between the photovoltaic component and the adjacent photovoltaic component, and wherein the at least one of the two or more mating components of the photovoltaic component and the at least one of the one or more mating components of the adjacent photovoltaic component align the photovoltaic component and the adjacent photovoltaic component relative to one another; and wherein at least one of the two or more mating components of the photovoltaic component are shaped and form a handle for carrying and/or moving the photovoltaic component.
