The liquid crystal lens panel includes a second substrate including a second base substrate including a transmissive area and a non-transmissive area. Sensing patterns are disposed on the second base substrate in the transmissive area. An insulating layer covers the sensing patterns. A second electrode layer is disposed on the insulating layer. A plurality of bus lines is disposed on the second base substrate in the non-transmissive area. The plurality of bus lines is electrically connected to the second electrode layer. A liquid crystal layer is disposed between the first substrate and the second substrate.
