The second pixel may neighbor the first pixel and may include a first second-pixel subpixel electrode and a second second-pixel subpixel electrode. The first liquid crystal layer may be formed of a first liquid crystal material and may overlap the second first-pixel subpixel electrode. The second liquid crystal layer may be formed of a second liquid crystal material and may overlap the first second-pixel subpixel electrode. A material property of the first liquid crystal material may be different from a material property of the second liquid crystal material.
