The conductive pattern includes a first coil that includes a plurality of first turns that are substantially parallel to a surface of the plate, and a second coil that includes a plurality of second turns that are substantially parallel to the surface of the plate. When viewed from the upper side of the plate, the first coil and the second coil may not at least partially overlap with each other.
