A support and compression garment (10) including a body (11) comprising at least one support and compression portion (32) for providing support and compression to at least one targeted region of a person's body and at least one support and compression member (70) associated with the at least one support and compression portion (32) for increasing the amount of support and compression. Garment (10) may have a plurality of support and compression portions, and the level of support and compression by the portions may be varied as desired.
