The processor and memory are configured to, during an emergency situation, initiate presentation, on a user interface, of information indicative of a location of one or more shelters. The processor and memory are configured to, during the emergency situation, receive, from a server, data indicative of actual occupancy of at least one of the one or more shelters. The processor and memory are configured to enable a rescuer to access information, through the user interface, about one or more of a potential occupancy and the actual occupancy of the at least one of the one or more shelters.
