The electric conduction bars are spaced in a horizontal direction of the insulation tongue. The top surface of each electric conduction bar faces the corresponding electric coupling pin locating above the insulation tongue, and the bottom surface of each electric conduction bar faces the corresponding electric coupling pin locating below the insulation tongue. The electric coupling pins locating above the insulation tongue and the electric coupling pins locating below the insulation tongue are reversely and symmetrically arranged by type.
