A multi-layer film, including: a substrate film; and an adhesion facilitating layer provided on the substrate film, wherein the adhesion facilitating layer is a cured product of a composition that contains a polyurethane, a crosslinking agent capable of crosslinking the polyurethane, and a nonvolatile base, and the polyurethane has a tensile elastic modulus of equal to or larger than 1,000 N/mm2 and equal to or smaller than 5,000 N/mm2.
