In accordance with a determination as to whether the first input is released at a time before expiration of the first time period after the beginning of the first input is detected, the electronic device selects between presenting the first media content or adding the first media content to a playlist. The electronic device performs the selected one of presenting the first media content or adding the first media content to the playlist.
