There are provided a method and apparatus, including transmitting an advertising message including supportable service information to the second device, receiving a connection request message for a BLE connection from the second device, transmitting a request command to indicate a specific operation related to a specific service included in the service information to the second device, and receiving a response command in response to the request command from the second device. The service information includes at least one of a phone call service related to an incoming call or an outgoing call, a listening audio service related to audio streaming, or an alert service related to a transmission and reception of an urgent message.
