The adhesive layer-equipped transparent plate according to the present invention comprises a transparent plate and an adhesive layer provided on one surface of the transparent plate. The transparent plate is a plate glass having a plate thickness of from 0.4 to 3.0 mm. The adhesive layer has a storage shear modulus of at most 30 MPa at a temperature of 25° C. and at a frequency of 1 Hz, a storage shear modulus of at least 50 MPa at a temperature of 25° C. and at a frequency of 40 kHz, and a loss tangent tanδ of at least 0.1 at a temperature of 25° C. and at a frequency of 40 kHz.
