Therefore, on the same side as the center of the swinging motion of the wiper blade 20, it is possible to suppress a disturbance due to cleaning liquid in the driver's field of view, and on the opposite side from the center of the swinging motion of the wiper blade 20, it is possible to enhance the wiping performance of the wiper apparatus by sufficiently wetting dust and the like.
