Embodiments access a computing device to determine at least one tool or application downloaded or installed on the computing device; determine, based on the determined at least one tool or application downloaded or installed on the computing device, at least one new tool or application to download or install on the computing device; and present the at least one new tool or application to a user of the computing device.
