The terminal apparatus includes: a communication unit configured to perform wireless communication with the information processing apparatus; a first determining unit configured to determine whether the terminal apparatus is positioned within a second communication range in which a distance from the information processing apparatus is a threshold or less, within a first communication range that enables wireless communication with the information processing apparatus; and a display controller configured to perform control to display an authentication screen containing the authentication image on a display unit when it is determined that the terminal apparatus is positioned within the second communication range.
