In the system, a first mobile terminal of a first worker located in a coverage area of an anchor node may perform wireless communication with the anchor node to operate in a tracking mode of tracking a location of the first worker, and a second mobile terminal of a second worker located outside the coverage area of the anchor node may perform wireless communication with the first mobile terminal entering a virtual perimeter to track a location of the second worker.
