The adjusting member is movable relative to the housing. When the adjusting member is moved to a first position relative to the housing, the adjusting member abuts against the first movable member of the damper. When the adjusting member is moved to a second position relative to the housing, the adjusting member does not abut against the first movable member of the damper.
