The refill cartridge (10) also comprises a seal (14) attached to the container (12) and closing the opening, wherein a first portion of the seal (14) is weaker than a second portion of the seal (14). Also disclosed is a system comprising: the refill cartridge (10) and a pump dispenser (100) with a hollow interior (113) for receiving at least a portion of the refill cartridge (10).
