The housing includes a back panel with a surface to which the substrate is attached. The back panel has a recess and a positioning portion. The recess is at least partially disposed in the surface and is recessed with respect to the surface. The positioning portion holds the substrate relative to the housing and is disposed spaced apart from the recess in the surface.
