The holding member includes a tubular portion mounted in each through hole and disposed between an inner peripheral surface of the through hole and an outer surface of an end portion of the support shaft, a first stopper portion included at a first end of the tubular portion to be in contact with the inner surface of one of the walls, and a second stopper portion included at a second end of the tubular portion to be in contact with an end surface of one of the end portions.
