The light-emitting structure includes a lower electrode, an organic light-emitting layer, and an upper electrode, which are stacked one above another in sequence. The organic light-emitting display device further includes a bank insulating layer covering the edge of the lower electrode. The organic light-emitting layer extends onto the bank insulating layer. The organic light-emitting layer includes a side surface being vertically aligned with a side surface of the bank insulating layer.
