Abstract:
Disclosed is a method for transmitting and receiving NBIFOM capability, which receives, from a terminal, a first message including NBIFM capability information of the terminal, checks whether a network entity supports NBIFOM, and receive a second message including NBIFOM capability information of the network entity from another network entity.
