The switching transistor has a gate electrode connected to the first control chip, a source electrode connected to an end of the storage capacitor and a drain electrode connected to the touch electrode block; the first control chip is configured to output a first control signal to control the switching transistor to be turned off, and output a second control signal to control the switching transistor to be turned on; and the second control chip is configured to output a charging signal to charge the storage capacitor.
