A first end portion and a second end portion of a reinforcing plate are disposed circumferentially inward from the circumferential end faces of the elastic bodies, and an intermediate portion of the reinforcing plate is connected to the first end portion and to the second end portion. The radial thickness of the elastic bodies measured between the first end portion and the inner surfaces and the radial thickness of the elastic bodies measured between the second end portion and the inner surfaces are smaller than the radial thickness of the elastic bodies measured between the intermediate portion and the inner surfaces.
