The cover panel is pivotally mounted to the control housing to pivotally move between a closed position and an opened position. The automatic driving arrangement is concealed in the side concealed compartment of the control housing in a waterproof manner to prevent any contamination of the automatic driving arrangement by moisture, corrosive gas, and trash residuals.
