The pliable wire net includes an electrical connector configured to receive operating power and includes a plurality of decorative lighting elements that receive operating power from the pliable wire net. The pliable wire net can be compacted to a storage configuration and expanded to an expanded display configuration. The pliable wire net can be expanded to the display configuration by inflating a bladder received into an interior cavity of the pliable wire net. The inflatable bladder is configured to slidably engage the pliable wire net so as to fill the interior cavity during inflation.
