A control method of a control device for managing a user's sleep environment according to the present invention may comprise the steps of: obtaining sleep-related information of the user on the basis of user sensing data sensed by a sensor; and controlling, on the basis of the sleep-related information, a first wavelength band output of at least one electronic device comprising a light source.
