The pump of the present invention includes a housing having a cylindrical shape to contain water; an rotatable impeller to discharge the water in the housing to an external; a heater cover to form a bottom surface of the housing; a heater plate joined to a lower side of the heater cover; and a heater joined to a lower side of the heater plate to heat the heater plate. The heater is not in directly contact with the heater cover.
