The pressure regulating body and movable valve define one pressure regulating chamber that communicates with the water inlet passageway via water hole on the movable plate. The pressure regulating chamber body includes a drain hole that communicates with the pressure regulating chamber. The movable valve plate is conjured to move between first and second positions.
