When the temperature rise rate is a first rise rate, the controller turns off the energization to the heater in response to that the detection temperature reaches a first temperature. When the temperature rise rate is a second rise rate lower than the first rise rate, the controller turns off the energization to the heater in response to that the detection temperature reaches a second temperature higher than the first temperature.
