The first and second edges are connected between the first and second surfaces. The first cord portion is spaced from the first edge at a smaller distance than from the second edge. The extension portion extends between the first edge and the first cord portion. The second surface is planar. The waterproof layer covers the first surface, the second surface, the first cord portion, the first edge and the second edge.
