A six degree-of-freedom (6DOF) input system may include at least one touch registering surface formed into a 3D shape to detect an interactive touch from a user and a processor to receive the interactive touch and adjust the position of a three-dimensional (3D) object represented in 3D space on a graphical user interface (GUI).
