The first tabs are arranged in pairs, and two first tabs in each pair are respectively located on the upper and lower sides of the first winding starting section of the first electrode along the thickness direction of the secondary battery cell; and/or the second tabs are arranged in pairs, and two second tabs in each pair are respectively located on the upper and lower sides of the second winding starting section of the second electrode along the thickness direction of the secondary battery cell.
