The method having a hydrocarbon group including a first step of obtaining a compound of the following formula (1) from the compound of formula (0), a second step of obtaining a compound of the following formula (2) from the compound of formula (1), a third step of obtaining a compound of the following formula (3) from the compound of formula (2), and a fourth step of obtaining a compound of the following formula (4) from the compound of formula (3): (wherein X1s are each a chlorine atom, a fluorine atom, or a bromine atom, Bn is a benzyl group in which at least one hydrogen atom in a benzene ring is optionally substituted with methyl group, and R is a C1-10 hydrocarbon group), wherein all the steps are carried out at a temperature of not exceeding 100° C.
