A weight detector to the work machine to calculate a measured weight of the payload supported by the bin. A vehicle control unit communicatively coupled with the sensor processing unit and the weight detector, the vehicle control unit configured to modify an operating parameter of the work machine in response to a predictive load based on the measured weight, and at least one of the upcoming terrain and the upcoming travel path.
