The method includes acquiring at least one individual characteristic by collecting and analyzing source data related to an individual characteristic of a user, and generating profile data of the user by aggregating the individual characteristic. Accordingly, a customized service may be provided to the user. The intelligent device of the present disclosure can be associated with artificial intelligence modules, drones (unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs)), robots, augmented reality (AR) devices, virtual reality (VR) devices, devices related to 5G service, etc.
