The lithium ion secondary battery according to the present invention comprises a positive electrode and an electrolyte solution, wherein a porous layer comprising an insulating filler is formed on the positive electrode, and the electrolyte solution comprises 0.005 to 10 weight % of a halogenated cyclic acid anhydride.
