The processor is configured to receive a query associated with a user profile from the external device, to determine whether the received query corresponds to at least one item included in the user profile, to transmit a response including the at least one item to an external device when the query corresponds to the at least one item, to generate a new item, which corresponds to the query and which is not included in the user profile when the query does not correspond to the at least one item, and to transmit a response determined based on the new item, to the external device.
