The interference effect mitigating method may include collecting position information including a position, of a communication device of a first wireless communication network, which changes over time, determining an antenna discrimination angle based on the collected position information, and determining a transmission power and a transmission scheme of the communication device of the first wireless communication network based on the determined antenna discrimination angle, to mitigate interference effects of the communication device of the first wireless communication network to a communication device of a second wireless communication network.
