The display panel with an embedded touch screen includes a light emitting element layer that is disposed on a substrate including an emission area and a non-emission area, an encapsulation layer that is disposed on the light emitting element layer, and a touch sensing layer that is disposed on the light emitting element layer. The light emitting element layer includes a first electrode that is disposed in the emission area on the substrate, a light emitting layer that is disposed on the first electrode, and a second electrode that is disposed on the light emitting layer and has an opening area provided in a part of the non-emission area.
