The cleaning tool also includes a cleaning head attached to the first end of the rod and extending away from the rod, the cleaning head being pre-saturated with a cleaning solution. Additionally, the cleaning tool arrangement includes a sealed wrapper that is sized and configured to enclose at least the cleaning head.
